Counsellor

Salma is a BACP accredited counsellor and supervisor with vast experience of working in domestic abuse and sexual violence since 2007. She has experience of running groups and working in the NHS within a primary care service.

Salma specialises in working with the BAME community and delivering psychological help in a south Asian language.

Qualified IDVA
Advanced Diploma in Counselling
Diploma in Supervision
Counselling for Depression Qualified
Soon to offer EMDR.

Introductory one-day training course on understanding and working with male sexual abuse and violation, suitable for professionals from a wide range of backgrounds (such as social workers, teachers, police, prison staff, counsellors, psychotherapists, nurses).
