Clinic26 is a safe place for men who have experienced sexual abuse, assault or rape, to access sexual health services in a supportive environment. We offer both sexual health testing and support around sexual wellbeing.

Clinic26 is a partnership between Barts Health NHS Trust and SurvivorsUK.

During your visit you will be given the opportunity to access the following services:

• A discussion with a Doctor around any sexual health concerns including routine sexual health testing, treatment for sexually transmitted infections and advice and referrals for your sexual wellbeing
• A discussion with a support worker from SurvivorsUK for emotional support before and/or after your appointment, and for information on SurvivorsUK’s services and other services that may be helpful to you

You will not be made to talk about anything you do not want to talk about. Staff will go at your pace and will always ask your consent before anything is done.

Contacting and making an appointment

Clinic26 will open its doors on Monday 30th of January 2017.

Clinic26 takes place at the Ambrose King Centre at the Royal London Hospital. For information on getting to the Royal London Hospital see here.

The clinic is open on the last Monday of the month. The clinic is open from 1.15 to 5pm with limited pre-booked and walk-in appointments.

Forensics

Clinic26 is not able to gather forensic evidence or provide emergency treatment. If you require these services, please contact The Havens (020 3299 6900) or your local emergency department.

Your appointment

Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment if you are a new patient to Barts Health to give you time to register.

If for any reason you are not able to make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer it to someone else.
