For people outside of London
If you’re able to travel to central London, regardless of where you live we can support you in our service, based in Hackney Wick. This extends to both individual counselling and group work.
If you can’t find a suitable service on our database, you could also try NAPAC or The Survivors Trust which can also give you details about other specialist services in your local area.
